Summer Internship Opportunity
 
Overview:
Friends of Cancer Research (Friends) is seeking summer interns to be a part of a fast-paced team examining healthcare policy effecting the development of new medicine.  Candidates should preferably have strong interest in medical product regulation and Food and Drug law. 
This is an excellent opportunity for an intelligent, creative, and motivated student to learn how a growing non-profit organization functions and gain valuable experience in aspects of health and science policy research, cancer advocacy, and federal relations.
Friends of Cancer Research is a cancer research think tank and advocacy organization dedicated to accelerating the nation’s progress toward prevention and treatment of cancer.  We are based in downtown Washington DC.
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills are desired.
