On Thursday, September 1, 2011, the FDA released the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) Reauthorization Performance Goals and Procedures for fiscal years 2013 through 2017. The updated version of PDUFA will need to be passed by Congress and signed into law by the President before the expiration of the PDUFA IV program on September 30, 2012.
