Friends of Cancer Research supported the Turning The Tide Against Cancer 2014 national conference on October 9, 2014, in Washington, D.C.   The American Association for Cancer Research, Personalized Medicine Coalition and Feinstein Kean Healthcare convened this conference to continue the ongoing dialogue around potential policy solutions that support scientific advances and innovation while addressing the issue of rising health care costs.

Turning The Tide Against Cancer engaged the broader stakeholder community to support the shift to patient-centered cancer research and care, while also addressing the value and cost of cancer care.
